Goal: Create a charter to clarify the roles and purpose of a standing committee
Goal: Develop a plan to communicate information and decisions with your community
Goal: To enable program governance to consider and create a Mission and Vision Statement if you do not already have one.
Goals: Help program leadership understand the scope and goals of the project, help program management balance the resources required to complete the pilot with other program commitments, and help program operations understand their roles and responsibilities.
